INVITATION TO TEAMLEASE-IIJT’s JOB FAIR
I would like to extend an invite to participate in Team lease-IIJT Job Fairs. This unique move covers the entire length and breadth of India including tier 2 and 3 cities as well.
We understand that you may get talent anywhere and hence we do not limit the number of slots for any employer, of course it completely depends on availability. With a total of 25 centers hosting the job fair on the same day, there are more than 150+ slots available for employers to participate.
This event is more like a dial tone and will happen every month (Second Saturday) at the centers below – we will keep adding the locations, but the following locations will remain in the roster for future months as well. Also, this forms a part of our CSR and Branding exercises and hence the participation is absolutely free of cost – There are no hidden charges for participation, its free for employers!!!

The Job Fair Event:
As talented manpower is getting scarce, this event will provide you a platform to attain the talented resources you are looking for. This event promises to cater skilled manpower for domains like- Accounts, Banking, InfoTech, Retail and Sales. Local media will be covering this event with full effects, so participating companies are free to pick its leverage (incase if there is any issues with media coverage in company’s policies you are requested to inform us well in advance).
Requisites from Companies:
Minimum 8-15 positions on offering.
Minimum Salary offered INR 5500 per month or the minimum wages as per the law of land (whichever is higher)

One whole day participation from HR team/member.
Note: Companies will have to arrange for their executives travelling. However IIJT will arrange for refreshments.
