Introduction:
Management is the Art and Science of managing Things in a proper way to outperform, in order to achieve the outputs which are aimed to be completed in sophisticated manner to get the work done by moving ahead with fulfilling the requirements of the tasks specified; this task is generally doing by all of us in day to day life some live examples:
A Mother:
While preparing breakfast for children she is instructing her husband where kept his wallet and socks and how to pay the general bill of general expenses in day to day life and all the useful day to day activities.
A Teacher:
By giving the lessons on study she is also enhancing the students how to be a good person to get the success for their future in life by giving them the instructions punishments and awards and on the other side he/she is managing his life as well and the discipline in the area of school society and the community.
A Leader:
Who is serving for the country, for the organization, society, by giving priority to the tasks which are preferably on which position at what time it should be done keeping in the mind by the responsibilities towards coordinates towards people towards society towards nation by doing the exemplary work on the issues coming in front of them resolving the problems giving solutions on the other hand he is a father or a mother and a responsible citizen also and giving the services and doing his duty in a right way.
Meaning:
Management is the Task done in accordance to undergo the supervision for the tasks running in a scene of Life, Community, Society, Organization, Nation or the Day to Day work process.
Definition:
“Management is a sophisticated task of doing the things in a good manner to achieve the targets of certain movements in life which are done knowingly or unknowingly by us with their preferences and importance but on the realistic view point kept while pursuing in such a process.”

Process:
This is well known process knowingly or unknowingly A child is managing his own requirements by demanding by approaching or by any other way like crying in front of his parents.
Need is only to recognize the things and their priority in life by the view point of their importance and furthermore their existence and nonexistence’s effects and then only come to the point for the action on the specific work keep the alternatives in the mind.
